Initial Evaluation
60 minutes | $215
A comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, concerns, and goals, followed by an individualized plan of care designed to help you move forward with confidence.
Follow-Up Treatment Session
60 minutes | $185
Individualized, one-on-one treatment tailored to your needs, progress, and goals.
All sessions are one-on-one and designed around your unique needs.
Payment Methods & Reimbursement
I accept cash and major credit cards through Jane Payments, including HSA and FSA cards. Please confirm your services are eligible for HSA/FSA payment with your plan administrator.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Medicare Notice
Harmony Pelvic Health PT is currently unable to provide physical therapy services to patients covered by Medicare.
