Denyse Dechaine, PT, DPT

You deserve to feel heard, understood, and confident in your body. With a special interest in pelvic health, I have dedicated my career to helping people better understand their bodies, build strength, and feel more comfortable in their everyday lives.

I graduated from Husson University in 2016 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and began treating pelvic health in 2017 at MaineGeneral Medical Center. I continued my advanced education through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Since 2025, I have treated both orthopedic and pelvic health conditions with Northern Light Health.

The Harmony Pelvic Health Approach

Your body is more than a collection of symptoms. I take a whole-body, individualized approach to pelvic health, considering how your pelvic floor works together with your breathing, core, strength, and movement. Together, we’ll work to understand your body, your concerns, and your goals so you can feel confident and empowered in your care.

I believe pelvic health treatment should feel supportive, personal, and judgment-free. My goal is to for you to leave each visit feeling more knowledgeable, empowered, and confident in the body you have today.

If you’re ready to learn more about your body and take the next step toward feeling your best, I’d be honored to work with you.
